We study better in the morning

Studying in the morning is beneficial and productive. This is mainly due to cortisol, a hormone which, among other roles,  participates in attention and concentration, and in the overall activation of our system. In fact, our body produces a maximum amount of cortisol half an our after we wake up. That’s why we should try to take advantage of this hormonal peak in our system to study and remember better!
